Orchestra Iowa’s Brucemorchestra is back!  Enjoy stirring patriotic favorites, beloved American classics, and a festive atmosphere perfect for families and music lovers of all ages as this cherished Cedar Rapids tradition returns just in time to celebrate America 250.

Brucemorchestra is an outdoor event. You will need to BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS AND/OR LAWN CHAIRS, chairs will not be provided at the event. Picnics are welcome but due to changes in Brucemore policies, outside alcohol will not be permitted. A bar will be available on site to purchase alcohol.

Thanks to the Grandon Charitable Foundation you can bring the whole family to Brucemore for the concert. Ages 17 and under get in free with the purchase of an adult ticket. (Please contact the box office to reserve your student/child tickets)

Event Parking: 

• On-site parking will not be available for this event. 

• Patrons may use parking in the neighborhood surrounding Brucemore. 

• Handicap accessible parking will be available in the Bradley and Riley parking lot off of First Avenue next to Brucemore. 

• Golf cart shuttles will be available to assist patrons from entrance gates to the event space. 

Event Seating: 

• Please bring your own chair or blanket for seating. 

• The event takes place on grass. 

• Seating is available on a first-come basis. Please note that General Admission and General Admission Plus seating is on a first-come basis. VIP tickets are sold for reserved blocks. Please contact Orchestra Iowa if you have questions about VIP seating. 

Things to know before you arrive: 

• This event takes place outdoors on grass and may continue in light rain. 

• The site will open at 6:00 PM for seating. The performance will begin at 7:00 PM. 

• Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
