 Concessions: 

• Outside alcohol is not allowed at this event. 

• A bar will be available to purchase canned hard and soft beverages, bottles of wine, and packaged snacks. A sample menu is available to review here. Please note that the bar menu is subject to change based on availability. 

• Soft drinks and food may be brought to this event. 

• Brucemore staff reserves the right to check bags to insure compliance with our alcohol policies.

Things to know before you arrive: 

• This event takes place outdoors on grass and may continue in a light rain. 

• Please bring your own chair or blanket for seating. 

• Parking will be available onsite at Brucemore.  

• The only gate that will open to vehicles for on-site parking is at 2160 Linden Drive SE. Please arrive by 7:25 PM to park near the mansion. Late parking will be available, but will require a slightly longer walk to the performance space. 

• Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

What to do when you arrive: 

• Please enter through the gate at 2160 Linden Drive SE. 

• Follow signage and staff directions to open parking spaces. Accessible parking will be available. 

• Check in with Orchestra Iowa staff near the Mansion.
