Closed for public programs through May 31, 2020

Coronavirus Update

March 17th, 2020

We have been continuing to monitor available information and recommendations from the CDC and State of Iowa to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Out of concern for the health and safety of our visitors, volunteers, staff, and community, Brucemore will temporarily cease public programming. During this time, all tours, programs, and events will be postponed, and the Visitor Center will be closed. Please check back for plans to re-open.

Staff are working to reschedule special programming that has been impacted. If you had purchased tickets, staff has reached out to you with updated opportunities. There are a few ways you can still use your tickets—by rescheduling to another date, crediting the value to another program, or transferring the value to a tax-deductible donation.
During the closure, staff will greatly reduce office hours to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Voicemail and email will be checked intermittently. We appreciate your patience at this time.

Thank you for your continued support of Brucemore. If you have any questions, please reach out by email or phone at (319) 362-7375, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We wish you continued wellness, safety, and good health and look forward to future opportunities to welcome you to Brucemore.
