Please contact the ticket office at 319-366-8203 with any questions about purchases. \n\nOrchestra Iowa Ticket Office Information  \n\nAddress: 119 Third Avenue SE\, Cedar Rapids\, IA 52401 \n\n\nPhone: 319-366-8203 \n\n\nHours: Tuesday through Friday\, 10 AM – 5 PM \n\n Concessions:  \n\nOutside alcohol is not allowed at this event. \n\n\nA bar will be available to purchase canned hard and soft beverages\, bottles of wine\, and packaged snacks. A sample menu is available to review here. Please note that the bar menu is subject to change based on availability. \n\n\nSoft drinks and food may be brought to this event. \n\n\nBrucemore staff reserves the right to check bags to insure compliance with our alcohol policies.\n\nThings to know before you arrive:  \n\nThis event takes place outdoors on grass and may continue in a light rain. \n\n\nPlease bring your own chair or blanket for seating. \n\n\nParking will be available onsite at Brucemore.  \n\n\nThe only gate that will open to vehicles for on-site parking is at 2160 Linden Drive SE. Please arrive by 7:25 PM to park near the mansion. Late parking will be available\, but will require a slightly longer walk to the performance space. \n\n\nPets are not allowed\, with the exception of service animals. \n\n\nIf you need accessibility accommodations\, please call us ahead of the event at 319-362-7375 or send an email. \n\nWhat to do when you arrive:  \n\nPlease enter through the gate at 2160 Linden Drive SE. \n\n\nFollow signage and staff directions to open parking spaces. Accessible parking will be available. \n\n\nCheck in with Orchestra Iowa staff near the Mansion.
