DESCRIPTION:Welcome summer in style during A Night Out at Brucemore! \nOur annual cocktail party is your invitation to celebrate the start of a season filled with live music\, warm evenings in beautiful outdoor settings\, and drinks with friends. As you enjoy live music performed by Alicia Monée\, Kelsey Madsen\, and Lucy Conroy with backing by the Servants’ Quarters Band you can enjoy the beauty of the Formal Garden in its early summer bloom. Savor delicious food and drinks\, take in the atmosphere\, and share in the spirit of community that defines Brucemore. \nEvent Date: June 5\, 6:00 – 9:00 PM \nLocation: Mansion West Lawn \nAdmission: \n\nThis event is for 21+\n$75 per person\nTickets include food and beverage\nA $4.00 processing fee will be applied to all online and phone orders.\n\nThings to know before you arrive: \n\nThis event occurs outdoors on grass in the Mansion’s west lawn.\nParking will be available near the Mansion. Accessible parking spaces will be marked. The circle drive may be used to drop off and pick up members of your party.\nThe only gate that will open to vehicles for on-site parking is at 2160 Linden Drive SE.\nVegan and gluten-free options will be available. Please contact us if you have dietary restrictions that require accommodations.\nJoe Photo / Impact Photo will be on-site taking photos that will be available through their channels in the days following the event.\nPets are not allowed\, excluding service animals.\nThis event takes place outdoors and may continue in light rain.\n\nTicket Policies: \nAll ticket sales are non-refundable. Please read our ticket policy here. Online and phone orders are subject to a $4.00 processing fee per order. \nWeather:  \nThe event occurs fully outdoors and may be held in light rain. If the event cannot be held due to weather\, a decision will be made by 5:00 PM and posted on Brucemore’s website and social media. Ticket holders will be notified by phone. There will be no refunds\, only exchanges to another date if tickets are available. \nPhotography and Video Notice:  \nAt this event\, photography and videos may be recorded. By attending this event\, you may be included in these photos and videos. Your attendance at this event grants your permission to be in these photos or videos\, which may be used for educational\, archival\, or promotional purposes.
