DESCRIPTION:Relax and reconnect with friends and neighbors at Brucemore!\nExperience summer at Brucemore with an evening of excellent food\, delicious drinks\, and good company in an easygoing atmosphere. Our annual cocktail party is the perfect way to enjoy a night out with friends while supporting Brucemore’s mission to inspire community interaction with history\, preservation\, and the arts. This year\, we’re celebrating the summer near the Formal Garden\, so you can enjoy your cocktail among the beautiful blooms of early summer. Your ticket includes food\, drink\, and a great time! \nEvent Date: May 30 \nEvent Time: 6:00 – 9:00 PM \n\nAdmission:\n\n\nThis event is for 21+\n$75 per person\nTickets include food and beverage\nA $4.00 processing fee will be applied to all online and phone orders.\n\nThings to know before you arrive: \n\nThis event occurs outdoors on the grass lawn west of the mansion and may continue in a light rain.\nParking will be available near the mansion. Accessible parking spaces will be available. The circle drive may be used to drop off and pick up members of your party.\nThe only gate that will open to vehicles for on-site parking is at 2160 Linden Drive SE.\nVegan and gluten-free options will be available. Please contact us if you have dietary restrictions that require accommodation.\nJoe Photo / Impact Photo will be on-site taking photos that will be available through their social media channels in the days following the event.\nPets are not allowed\, with the exception of service animals.\n\nTicket Policies: \nAll ticket sales are non-refundable. Please read our ticket policy here. Online and phone orders are subject to a $4.00 processing fee per order. \nWeather:  \nThe event occurs fully outdoors and may be held in light rain. If the event cannot be held due to weather\, a decision will be made by 5:00 PM and posted on Brucemore’s website and social media. Ticket holders will be notified by phone. There will be no refunds\, only exchanges to another date if tickets are available. \nPhotography and Video Notice:  \nAt this event\, photography and videos may be recorded. By attending this event\, you may be included in these photos and videos. Your attendance at this event grants your permission to be in these photos or videos\, which may be used for educational\, archival\, or promotional purposes. If you have concerns about your likeness appearing in these photos and videos\, please talk to a staff member when you check in for the event.
