Tickets are available for the next Mansion Mixer on April 17.\nCalling all curious minds looking for a unique night out!\nMansion Mixers are your chance to explore Brucemore after hours while diving into fascinating stories from history. Each program includes time for self-guided tours of the mansion and the opportunity to enjoy an entertaining history presentation in the Tahitian Room\, America’s oldest in-home tiki bar! Your ticket includes a complimentary canned drink served from the mansion’s other quirky basement party space: the Grizzly Bar. If you’re looking for a fun and casual way to learn something new while connecting with other history fans\, then this event is for you! \nMarch 20 – Puzzles and Poltergeists\nWhat do puzzle making\, bookbinding\, and spiritualism have in common? They were all part of the fascinating life of Helen Haskell Noyes! Celebrate Women’s History Month by learning about her life with a drink in hand. We’ll explore her connections to Brucemore and the conversations with the dead she published in a book called The Voice from Space. While you explore the mansion\, you can see several of her handmade puzzles on display. Finish the evening with a test of your puzzle skills in a speed puzzling challenge! \nEvent Schedule:\n\n6:30 PM – Doors Open\n6:30 to 7:45 PM – Time for self-guided tours and socializing\n\nPresentations will be offered in the Tahitian Room at 6:45 and 7:15 PM\nA craft activity will be available during this time\n\n\n8:00 PM – Speed puzzling challenge\n8:30 PM – Event ends\n\nEvent cost:\n\n$25 General Admission\nBrucemore Supporters receive $5 off per ticket\nA $4 processing fee will be added to all online and phone orders.\n\nWhat’s included:\n\nLight snacks and a ticket for one complimentary drink. If you are interested in making this a family night out\, we recommend keeping your party ages 15 and up.\nAttendees will be assigned a presentation time based on order of arrival.\nLight snacks and a ticket for one complimentary canned drink from the Grizzly Bar will be provided. Additional hard and soft canned drinks will be available to purchase. Please do not bring outside food or dinks to this event.\nWe do not have a lobby to wait inside before doors open. If you arrive before 6:30 PM\, we encourage you to enjoy the grounds until the event begins.\nThe historic mansion is not wheelchair accessible. There are several stairs to access the first floor\, and several flights of stairs to see the other floors. Please make the best decision for the accessibility of your party with this knowledge or call with specific questions. If you need a seat during your visit\, a member of our team can show you chairs that are available to use.\n\n Navigating the site:\n\nThe entrance to the estate is on Linden Drive. Some GPS systems may try to take you to another gate. This video and this labeled Google Map can help you plan your route to the entrance before you arrive.\nWhen you arrive on the site\, follow signs to the mansion. Parking is available a short walk from the entrance. If parking near the mansion is full\, overflow parking is available near the Carriage House\, which is a short walk from the mansion.\nEvent check-in is inside the mansion. Please enter through the front door\, located next to the circle drive.\n\nTicket and Photo Policies:\n\nAll ticket sales are non-refundable. Please read our ticket policy here.\nAt this event\, photography and videos may be recorded.
