If you have any questions that haven’t been answered here\, our team is happy to help. Please send an email to mail@brucemore.org or call 319-362-7375 to reach a Brucemore staff member. \nWhat to expect from this tour \n\nGuided mansion tours do not include access to buildings other than the mansion.\nTours of the mansion consist of substantial walking and standing. The historic mansion is not currently wheelchair accessible. There are several stairs to access the first floor\, and several flights of stairs to see the other floors. The mansion does not have an elevator.  Please make the best decision for the accessibility of your party with this knowledge.\nThis tour covers the three main floors of the mansion and the Tahitian Room and Grizzly Bar in the basement.\nThis tour is approximately 60 minutes long.\n\nWhat to do when you arrive \n\nEnter through the gate at 2160 Linden Dr. SE.\, Cedar Rapids\, IA 52403. Please do not use the exit gate on First Avenue to enter the site.\nOnce onsite\, follow signs towards the mansion.\nThere is on-site parking a short walk from the mansion entrance.\nIf you purchased tickets in advance\, please check in with staff at the mansion at the time on your ticket. If you need to purchase a ticket\, you can do that at the mansion when you arrive.\nThe mansion entrance is on the south side of the building\, through the front door next to the circle drive.\n\nTips for your visit \n\nFor site navigation tips\, please watch this video. Live from the Artisan Studio gives you a chance to discover something new from talented local artists. You’ll be delighted and surprised by these unique events\, showcasing the best of music\, spoken word\, theatre\, and more created right here in Eastern Iowa. \nThe Fritters \nJoin us for April’s Live from the Artisan Studio event as we welcome The Fritters to the Carriage House. This dynamic pop-folk trio includes Nic Arp (singer-songwriter and guitar)\, Jennifer Horn‑Frasier (bass guitar and vocals)\, and Dave Rosazza (guitar). Their music features Americana covers and original songs by Nic Arp\, including stripped‑down versions of tracks from his album Way In Between. \n\nCome experience an evening of acoustic-driven music in one of Cedar Rapids’ most intimate venues. \n\nEvent Date: Friday\, April 3 \nEvent Time: 7:30 PM \nEvent Location: Brucemore’s Carriage House \nAdmission: $15 for adults; $10 for students \nSpace for this event is limited. Advance ticket purchase is recommended.  \nThis program is presented through our Live from the Artisan Studio series. Highlights from previous events in the series can be found on YouTube. \n\nWhat to expect from this event: \n\nCanned hard and soft beverages and light snacks will be available for purchase.\nThe only gate that will open to vehicles for on-site parking is at 2160 Linden Drive SE. The gate will be open by 7:00 PM.\nPets are not allowed\, with the exception of service animals.\nSpace to wait indoors before doors open is not available. If you arrive onsite before 7:00 PM\, we encourage you to enjoy exploring the landscape before the event.\nIndoor seating will be provided.\n\nWhat to do when you arrive: \n\nFollow signage to open parking spaces near the Carriage House or on the grounds of Brucemore. Accessible parking will be available.\n Follow signs to enter the Carriage House on the south side.\nCheck in with staff at the event entrance by providing the name on your order.\n\nCarriage House Event Map \n \n\nTicket Policies: All ticket sales are non-refundable.
