Knowledgeable staff will be available to answer your questions as you learn about the history of the site. When you are finished visiting the mansion\, Brucemore welcomes you to explore the 26-acres of grounds and gardens at no additional cost. \nAdmission \n\n$5 for everyone!\n\n\nFree (3 and under)\nBrucemore supporters receive self-guided mansion tour admission at no cost.\nA $4.00 processing fee is applied to all online and phone orders.\n\nTour Dates \n\nMarch 19 to March 23\nWednesday – Saturday: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM\nSunday: 1:30 – 4:00 PM\n\nThe last entry for self-guided tours is 3:00 PM. Though Di currently has a successful career as a touring pop star\, Athena can’t help but think that something has gone wrong\, leaving her as Dionysus’ only point of contact. Dionysus is larger than life and wears her emotions on her sleeve\, but she has her own secrets\, and seems to be trying to pry Athena’s out of her. A 2020 graduate of the University of Iowa’s English and Creative Writing program\, Brigid has had 15 productions produced at venues including Willow Creek Theatre\, Run of the Mill Theatre\, and Iowa City Community Theatre. She was named the inaugural Artist-in-Residence at Faith UCC in Iowa City for the 2022-2023 season\, which culminated in a one-person conceptual show\, Lazarus Alive. \nAbout the Collaboration \nArtists embark on a journey of growth and inspiration with Brucemore. Each year\, arts professionals handpick talented artists eager to expand their horizons. The historic mansion is not currently wheelchair accessible. There are several stairs to access the first floor\, and several flights of stairs to see the other floors. The mansion does not have an elevator.  Please make the best decision for the accessibility of your party with this knowledge.\nThis tour covers the three main floors of the mansion and the Tahitian Room and Grizzly Bar in the basement.\nThis tour is approximately 45 minutes long.\n\nWhat to do when you arrive \n\nEnter through the gate at 2160 Linden Dr. SE.\, Cedar Rapids\, IA 52403. Please do not use the exit gate on First Avenue to enter the site.\nOnce onsite\, follow signs towards the mansion.\nThere is on-site parking a short walk from the mansion entrance.\nIf you purchased tickets in advance\, please check in with staff at the mansion at the time on your ticket. If you need to purchase a ticket\, you can do that at the mansion when you arrive.\nThe mansion entrance is on the south side of the building\, through the front door next to the circle drive.\n\nTips for your visit \n\nFor site navigation tips\, please watch this video. A labeled Google Map of the site is available here.\nPlease consider leaving bags or other large personal items in your vehicle. A coat rack is available\, but it is not monitored during tours.\nEarly admittance may not be available and there is not an indoor lobby to wait for the tour to begin. Knowledgeable staff will be available to answer your questions as you learn about the history of the site.
