DESCRIPTION:Embrace your creativity! \nJoin iowa Ceramics Center in creating an autumn luminary. Use the changing leaves of Brucemore as inspiration for your fall-themed luminary. Pick up your creation after it has been fired and take it home to remember the event!  All materials and supplies will be provided. \nDate and Times: Sunday\, October 10 \n\n10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Sold out)\n1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. (Sold out)\n\nAdmission: $30 per person (includes all materials) \n\nIMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION \n\nSafety: Unvaccinated people are encouraged to wear masks at outdoor events. Guests will be seated at separate tables with members of their own party. All guests will be required to wear masks if weather requires moving the event indoors. Free masks will be available. View our COVID policy here.\nArrival and Parking: Please enter via our gate at 2160 Linden Drive SE. Parking is available near the Visitor Center.\nAttire: This event is scheduled to be held outdoors; dress for the activity and for the weather. We recommend bringing sunblock and water.\nExplore the grounds: View our grounds hours here and plan your visit to explore more of the estate.\nPreservation in Action:  Your participation in our programming is a key component of preserving the site. We are in the midst of a multi-year project to address preservation concerns on the mansion exterior as well as to recover following the damages that occurred from the 2020 derecho storm. Rooms and parts of the property may be unavailable during your visit.
