No place in Cedar Rapids provides a more unique and historical setting for entertaining clients, customers, employees, and the community.
Weddings and other private functions are not allowed at Brucemore; however, corporate members and organizations with 501(c)(3) designation may rent the site's facilities for business and/or mission-driven purposes.
Located on 26 acres in the heart of the city, Brucemore's Queen Anne Mansion, support buildings, sweeping lawns, and beautiful gardens provide the flexibility for small, intimate gatherings or large company functions, including:
- Training sessions
- Meetings
- Receptions
- Sit-down dinners
- Company-wide celebrations
- Customer appreciation events

Facilities Available
Brucemore can host your indoor event in the Mansion, Garden House, or Visitor Center. The courtyard, gardens, and front lawn are perfect for outdoor festivities.
Preferred Professionals
Brucemore requires the use of preferred professionals for catering, beverages, flowers, and rentals.
Public/Private Use Policy
In many ways, Brucemore serves the everyday functions of a public park, but it is still private property owned and operated by a non-government entity.
Photography Policy
Although visitors to Brucemore are welcome to take candid photographs for souvenir purposes, professional photography is not permitted on the estate.
